I attended 4 or 5 Sapphires back in the mid-late 90s(glorified booth babe for a couple boutique consulting firms).
I am so glad I don't have to do that anymore but I'm looking forward to hearing some anecdotal stories about the reaction of floor walkers to the idea of using some simple collaboration tools in the context of that wonderfully simple ERP system ;)

On the Web 2.0 point I'd love to know how well SAP is doing with respect to new client technology, web services and SOA. Last year I heard that NetWeaver was about 50% of where it needed to be.
